Ugami Cosplay is a veteran creator with years of hands-on experience designing, fabricating, styling, and performing in high-level cosplay builds.

That real-world expertise shaped CosKit from the ground up. She worked with us throughout development as an active collaborator, helping refine features, workflows, and organization systems so the app mirrors how serious cosplayers plan, track, and execute builds in practice. Many of CosKit’s core ideas come directly from her lived process as a working cosplayer.

She’s also actively involved in the cosplay community as a guest, judge, and panelist at conventions, offering workshops, hosting events, and collaborating with brands. Her role in the community extends beyond personal builds, she helps educate, mentor, and elevate the craft.
